Ordering
You may order from HairFormula37.com using one of three methods: online, telephone, or snail mail using a personal check or money order. Our office hours are 9a.m. - 5p.m. Mon.-Thurs. & 9a.m. - 4p.m. Fridays: Central time. You can mail a personal check along with your Name, Address, Telephone number, and an order form to: HairFormula37, 554 Green Tree Cv., Ste 201, Collierville, TN 38017

Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check by phone, and E-checks.

Payment by Check
Orders placed with personal checks, will be held until the check clears the bank. Money orders and certified bank checks will be processed immediately. All checks returned will be charged a $20.00 service fee. Orders will not be sent until funds are collected. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a US bank in US funds.

Holidays
HairFormula37 will accept online orders, but is not open for business and will not ship orders on the following holidays:
Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Martin Luther King Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, New Year's Day
Please allow extra time for delivery if you place an order on or around one of these dates.
