Just wanted to email you and tell you thanks for this product. I am a schoolteacher and had decided to grow my hair out. I was growing it out from a cut that just came beneath my ears, and was an undercut at that. I went to a hairdresser in June to add layers because my hair was getting longer and I wanted more volume. She told me she would have to take "a little" off the length to even the layers out with the undercut I had had. She chopped it! It was maybe an inch or two below my ears! This stuff really works! On July 1, I got my hair cornrow braided. This style usually looks good for about 7 weeks if I tie it up with a scarf at night. I've been on hairformula 37 the entire time. When I first read about HF37 I was skeptical, but figured I would give it a try. I saw my hairdresser today, which proved that HF37 does work, and I want to share my story! I started using HF37 about 1 month ago. I frost my hair every 2-3 months or so for the past 10 years. Today I went to my hairdresser for a touch-up. I was so pleased with what he said to me that I had to write this comment. As I was leaving he told me that he could not believe how well my hair was holding up after so much bleach on top of bleach for so long. I have to say this, My skin is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My nails are growing and they are so hard. I took my acrylic nails off this weekend and I am so excited because I had gotten my hair braided on April 1st and I started using the pills on April 6th, now usually my braids lasts 2 months, I am happy to report that I don't think the braids will last for another past the end of this month. My hair usually grows a inch a month, it has already grown an inch!!!!!

I've tried everything to make my hair feel softer and more manageable since I use a lightener on my hair. In just a few weeks, I can not tell you how happy I was to be able to blow my hair dry and not use my curling iron to tame the frizzies. My hair is much healthier looking and also is controllable now. It has grown at least l inch this first month that I have used it. You are an angel in disguise. I have been looking for you for years. I started taking HF37 about a month ago. I take one step 1 and two step 2 pills twice a day. I try to do this as close to 12 hours apart as I can to keep the nutrients level in my system. I don't worry whether I take them on a full or empty stomach. Sometimes I eat, and sometimes I just take the pills.

I love my hair and nails so I am always trying things that claim to do wonders. Some do - some don't.

I would have to put HF37 in the "do" category. My nails were the first change I noticed. They are thicker, longer, and split less. The tips are a bright white and the bed is a nice pink. Looks like I have a French manicure without doing anything to them. I actually have all ten the same length. A great feat for me.

My hair is softer, curlier (I have a slight natural wave as it gets longer), and has grown about an inch. It just bounces more. My hair wasn't really a problem before but I have colored it in the past and I am growing it out now. I just want it to be in it's best shape since it isn't getting cut off.

My skin has also improved. They don't mention that in any of the advertisements but my chronic couple of pimples seems to have cleared as well.

All in all, I would recommend this product to anyone. It can't work for everyone but if you have problems with nails, hair or skin it is worth the price of one months supply to see what it can do for you.

I really sympathize with you. I've been there, and I know what it's like to have severe breakage suddenly. I went through the same thing about a year ago, and braids weren't an option for me. Anyway, I got impatient and I saw this article in Cosmopolitan Magazine about a model who had used a European product called Viviscal to grow here hair back quickly. Even though I'm an unrelenting skeptic about hair growth claims, I was desperate. It was released in the U.S. soon afterwards so I tried it, and it sped the growth up a little from 1/2 an inch to 3/4 per month. But eventually, a competitive product came out last year that I started taking. It has doubled by natural hair growth from 1/2 inch a month to 1 inch a month, and I wasn't even taking it religiously. You can check out their site: http://www.hairformula37.com. It's similar to a prenatal vitamin, and it really improves growth and texture. You can also get viviscal at the same site.

At first I didn't see a difference with hair formula 37 but then I started taking 2 step one and 9 step two and my hair began growing faster within days. I have been using HF37 for over 6 months and have been very satisfied with the results. I had decided to grow my hair long for the first time and wanted to give it all the help I could. Going from a typical short male haircut and having it trimmed throughout the growth with a one time cut of about 4 inches to really even things up my hair is halfway down my shoulder blades. My stylist who I've gone to for over 20 years has said that my hair is in the best condition it ever has been.

Another thing, even for a male, I am having to constantly trim my fingernails. They seem to be growing like weeds.

I have to say I love this product. I have really thick curly hair. 4 months ago I cut my hair really short. It was only an inch long. I regretted it so my friend told me to order your product. I couldn't believe that my hair had actually grown 5 inches in 4 months. My hair dresser couldn't believe it either. She also noticed that my hair didn't have as much split ends as before. I have always had problems growing my hair on the sides. While the rest of my hair was a nice length the sides would be less than an inch. It was thin too (you could see the scalp -- if I didn't cover it up with hair on top of my head). I bought Hair Formula 37 to increase my length and I also began to see the growth of hair on the sides. It has obviously grown, I can grip it and curl it with a curling iron too. Now I watch the sides and edges of my hair to tell if HF 37 is working. Ladies and gentlemen, it is. Like I said before, it is difficult to tell new growth with all of my hair. I have what I consider to be slow growing hair.  3 weeks ago, I started taking the Hair Formula 37 Vitamins.  I color my hair, so I can tell if a product is working by the outgrowth of my roots.  Usually by 3 weeks after a touch-up, my roots aren't visible.  This month, I started noticing them at 2 1/2 weeks.  My manicurist also commented on how fast my nails have been growing.  Naturally, I'm thrilled.  I've taken many other vitamins and supplements and seen little or no results.  I never thought I'd be happy to

"I stumbled upon the Hair Formula 37 on the www.salonweb.com home page while surfing the net trying to find solutions for my troubled hair.  It had been thinning and breaking off. 

I had to get about 4 inches cut off because of the damage of a poorly done perm, sun damage, and a hair color.  The thinning I believe was due to hormonal problems.  I read about Hair Formula 37, then looked up the benefits of the amino acids.  I price compared the vitamins with other sources and it was comparable. 

I decided to give it a try and ordered the 30 day supply of Step 1 and Step 2.  I received the products the week of April the 19th and started taking the two steps right away.  Last Thursday, May 6, I was getting ready for work.  My son came to kiss me goodbye and said, "Mom, your hair is getting long again."  I brushed it off because he knew how upset I was about losing my hair, but, at work that day, a co-worker told me my hair looked longer. 

I have also noticed that along my hairline on my forehead and on the top of my head where my hair had been thinning, I could see my hair growing back and had grown at least an inch if not more!  It is growing back healthy and shiny and the color is like it was when I was a teenager.  I plan to keep using Hair Formula 37 and am anxious to see the results in six months."

I have a good report for you... . I got my hair trimmed, and yes it did grow. I have to keep records for my hair club so I know and it was not the usual 1/2 inch a month like the past three months, but a whole inch for the first time!!! I have an under active thyroid so have to take medicine for that and hair is baby fine and thin and slow growing, but my hairdresser did say it is obvious it is growing and who knows, maybe without it I'd only be averaging a quarter inch a month as normal so for me to get a whole inch was a shock to her. That means, normal people with no problems should be able to get a faster rate than me. I'm up to 20" inches now, so if it works for me, it will work for others. But I do believe normal people with no problems will see fast results if that helps you any.

A couple of months ago, I had about 10 inches cut off my hair. I had been wanting to grow it to my waist forever, but too many bad color jobs had made it extremely dry and easily tangled. So, I decided to cut it just above my shoulders and start over -- no coloring this time!

It has been over a month I have been taking Form. 37 and my hair has grown  tremendously. Please don't doubt these products until you try them. I have always  believed that there was nothing I could do to speed up hair growth, but Form 37 has  proved me wrong. The new hair growth is amazingly healthy and shiny. I've been taking HF37 for a month now and I have noticed a big change. When I started taking it my hair measured 37" root-end and now it measures a little over 38". That is a BIG difference for me. I have very curly hair and it never seems to get longer, just curlier. This is the first time in a long time that I have actually noticed it looks longer. And in such a short time! I am VERY pleased. If it keeps growing at this rate I'll be very happy. I plan to keep taking HF37 so hopefully it will.

Well I bought the Hair Formula 37 about two weeks ago and since I started using them I cannot begin to explain how well my hair looks. I had not been to my hair dresser the same length of time and when I showed up, she told me my hair looked beautiful.

She always find fault with my hair. This time, none. I knew it was the pills! Now I am hoping that my hair will grow longer. It is already just past my shoulders but it never gets any longer than that. This product so far proves to me that it works. I will keep using it until I start seeing length. I bought the HF37 a bit over a month ago and have been taking it as recommended . My hair normally grows slow - I have stress( children) and I don't eat all the good things I should be eating on a daily basis either .. I also color my hair so I have ROOTS to show the new growth -

well -- My hair has definitely grown more since starting the vitamin/ amino program .. Whatever they have put together is a great combination and is working for me! Normal for me is about 1/8 inch per month and I can see at least 1/2 to 3/4 inch of regrowth already.. This is after taking the vitamins religiously for about 5-6 weeks now.

I've decided to quit coloring my hair and go with lowlights/highlights now ( less chemical process = less damage) due to the fact that this HF37 actually has made a difference :) My hair will be the desired length in much less time now ! I want my hair healthy if it's going to be past my shoulders -

I have been taking H37 for over 1 year with continued excellent results. I did not start taking H37 to grow my hair longer or faster. I started taking it because my hair was in a hormonal/thyroid induced crisis.

I am past my mid 40s and had started experiencing lots of hormonal and thyroid problems over 1 year ago. My hair got really strange...very dry and it started breaking and falling out. I was freaking out since I have worked so hard to grow healthy long hair over the years.

I starting taking the H37 at that point in time when my hair went into crisis. I took it more to help my hair survive than to grow it longer (my hair is currently below my waist). H37 was a lifesaver and I noticed improvements after only about 2 weeks of taking the recommended dosage of H37.

In fact, when I stopped taking the H37 for a period of several weeks, my hair reverted back to the original problems of unusual dryness, breaking, splitting and lots of hair falling out. I immediately starting taking the H37 right away and the hair problems again stopped.

I am also taking a daily thyroid prescription drug along with EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids). My doctor diagnosed my thyroid condition and while he was sympathetic he told me "the older you get the thinner your hair gets". Hmmm. Well I did not want that. So I decided to try and fight it with herbs and vitamins and whatever else I could find to preserve my hair. I have been growing my hair for over 10 years and did not want to surrender all my hard work to hormonal swings.

I think that my hair looks great right now on the H37 supplements. It is as thick and shiny as it was before the thyroid & hormone problems. It is also very healthy.

Yes, my hair is still on the dry side, but not nearly as dry as it was without the H37. I still have normal hair loss (less than 100 hairs a day) but nothing like I was having. The texture of my hair is naturally wavy and so it tends to be dry anyway. However, the H37 helps me with my hair and that is all that counts at this point.

It also helps my skin. I started having hormonal acne which was HORRIBLE. The H37 has helped to keep that in check. Also, my nails look great.

I have forever had difficult hair. I am a Caucasian female with fine, thin , naturally curly hair, that tends to become tangled and brittle in the New England winters. I started taking Hair Formula 37 about two weeks ago.

About a week ago I noticed a difference in the texture of my hair, it is definitely much softer, and less tangles, my husband the skeptic, also noticed a difference. I am excited with the changes, and I am hoping to preserve some of the growth of hair I gained while on prenatal vitamins, my daughter is now 11 months old and I haven't taken the vitamins in quite some time.

Hi! I am taking the vitamins and it is doing wonders on my hair! My hair has never grown past my shoulders before HF37!! :) Now it is growing longer! I hope it does not quit until I have hair down to my waist! Maybe it is because in the past I did not take any kind of vitamins or it was the harsh shampoos and conditioners! Yes I know i have only been taking this stuff for a week, but I see results already. I am seriously not kidding. My hair feels so silky and soft. My hair was very dry and brittle before. And I feel like it got longer.
Please don't think I am nuts, but I really think my hair is growing. I take one tablet of step 1 and 4 of step 2.

I have been using HF37 for one month and a half and my husband has said how my hair has thickened, because I had a bald spot in the top of my head. Now I have hair that has thickened where now you can not see my scalp any more. I have been wearing wigs now for a little over two month because of the hair breakage I had suffered, but today 3/26/00 I wore my own short hair. I plan to reorder some more of this product next week, so that I can continue to grow hair because my hair now is a little over an inch long because I had to cut my hair down really short due to the breakage.
