Take 2 tablets daily in divided doses.

Step Two (90 tablets per bottle)
Take 4- 6 tablets daily in divided doses.

We recommend taking 3 tablets two times daily on an empty stomach. Step Two absorbs best into the blood stream when stomach is empty.

Take two (2) Herbal Booster tablets per day.

Simply wet hair, work into lather, let sit for three minutes and rinse. You can repeat if you wish, but GROW! can get the job done with just one wash. Plus it's so gentle that you can use it everyday, and don't need to switch off to other brands as with other specialty shampoos.
