Shipping Policies:

Same day Shipping
Our policy is to ship all orders received before 2:00PM CT on the same day the order is placed. In many cases orders placed as late as 4:00PM CT can be shipped the same day.

We make every effort to keep shipping costs reasonable, and we do not profit from our shipping rates. The fact is that shipping merchandise across continents in a timely fashoin simply isn't an inexpensive undertaking.

Additional Fees
Please be aware that the shipping charges applied to your order DO NOT include any brokerage fees, customs duties or taxes. Any additional customs fees that may or may not be applied to your order are done so at the discretion of your local customs department. Please contact them with any specific issues.

Shipment Refusal
Be aware that if you refuse delivery on an order,  we will be glad to issue you a refund. However, YOU will still be responsible for the original shipping costs, any customs duties or taxes, and the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
